In May 2006 LPC Living and Salford City Council signed the Development Framework for Ordsall.

This means more than £150m is being invested in Ordsall resulting in major new benefits to new and existing residents including:

Brand new shopping facilities
A state-of-the-art primary school and children’s centre
Brand new family housing
New health and community facilities
Improvements to open spaces in Ordsall

This masterplan is the result of years of planning and consultation with existing residents, community groups and award-winning architects, BPTW.
